Space is the Place show info
Launching Summer 2019! Space is the Place is our tribute to the 50th anniversary of the Apollo 11 moon landing. The puppet show will be available for performances at library summer reading programs, preschool or summer camp special events beginning in June 2019. Dates are now open to book the show that we know that kids will think is out of this world!
Featured stories in the show include:
Squatch on The Moon where Coleman the Sasquatch dreams about traveling to the stars and landing on the moon. Coleman’s dream happens after he reads about the real-life astronauts who made the historic journey fifty years ago.
Super Space Princess and the Pirates from Zwonk returns to our stage with new songs and silliness. In this story, our cast performs a sci-fi tale of Princess G’Wizzl discovering her superpowers just in time to save her uncle’s kingdom from the Star Pirates. Will she send the Pirate Captain to the dungeon to peel potatoes?
Our show has a fun number sung by friendly alien G’Wazzl and Coleman asking the question “What is a UFO?” plus more outer space themed puppet fun!
