Spooky Season is here!
October, or Spooky Season, is proving to be a busy month for Wump Mucket Puppets. I have produced four episodes of our weekly YouTube show Halloween Howls, with a fifth on the way! Be sure to subscribe to our YouTube channel today.
I am happy to share that each episode has been given “thumbs up” from our fans. Creating a weekly YouTube show is very educational for me. It helps me learn different editing tricks, making the show look fancy. Puppeteering for a video camera is slightly different than performing on stage. The puppets are happy to share some spooky silliness with you.
What is it about Halloween?
For as long as I can remember, Halloween has been my favorite holiday. When I was a boy, I often made my own costumes to wear while trick-or-treating. My cardboard box robot costume was rather difficult to walk in.
The magical aspect of dressing up for Halloween is special. Maybe it’s because you can pretend to be someone, or something, else for a night. Perhaps it is the colors of orange and black, which are my favorites. Candy just makes it better! Please save me your unwanted Clark Bars.
The Spooky Finish
October 31st is almost here. Our viewers may be curious what Witch Willie and company have planned. Will there be more silly and spooky jokes? Will Morty the Ghost tell a story? Why is G’Wazzl the Alien popping up here and there? You will have to tune in and find out. It will be a treat.
